Today was the first day of my month-long yoga teacher training program through It’s Yoga in San Francisco. I’m excited to develop a more disciplined Ashtanga yoga practice. There are students from all over the world – Japan, Sweden, Cayman Islands en route to Dubai, Boston, and of course the Bay Area.
