Congratulations! This is great news. Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful. My tips include a lot of different yoga poses:

Child's pose, downward facing dog, reclining cobbler pose, pigeon pose, and
corpse pose, and anything yin yoga related.... the longer I hold the poses the more I sink into my body and release my need to control.

Chanting Om Namah Shivaya and Namah.

Laying on the beach with the sand in between my toes.

Taking a long walk.

Read O, Real Simple, More, Yoga Journal, Yoga & Joyful Living, ODE, Science of Mind, Daily Word, Heart & Soul, Town & Country, Self, and other magazines relaxes me.

Listening to music and sipping tea.

Jenn, thanks so much for thinking of the MuseCubes during this interview! I've been getting some feedback from MuseCubes enthusiasts that the cubes are most effective at battling stuckness when you roll them at least 3 times in a row! The first time folks feel shy, but by the third roll people give themselves over to the movement and silliness of it. I think it's that "giving yourself over" part that helps shift the writer's block.

And by the way -- kudo's to ANYONE who is brave enough to try the MuseCubes in a coffee shop!! I'd LOVE to see that captured on video on the MuseCubes website.

Thanks, Jenn, for all you do to inspire folks to live their most creative, authentic lives!!
