HI
I wondered if you would mind us posting your 5-a-day on the Mindapples blog? If yes, could you suggest a pic - perhaps the one you posted?
Email: brittons11@btinternet.com

Warmly

Aww! I've claiming #5 YOU! :)

My Top Five Mentally Healthy Practices are...

1. Meditation- I'm still in the beginner phase (My mentor claims we'll be beginners for years and years!) but I can feel the start of a calm breeze. It reminds me to breathe and to quiet the chatter and to stop over-analyzing everything.
2. Staying Present to my Purpose- As a newly minted entrepreneur, everyday is filled with little fears. When I remind myself why I am I have taken this leap (to celebrate life authentically and inspire others to do the same) it helps ground me. Not that the terror goes away, but it's easier to deal with!
3. Laughing- Ooooh the power of laughter! It can diffuse a tense situation, surprise a stranger, or lighten the load of a serious task. I'm an awful joke teller, but I love kindhearted wisecracks and just general goofiness.
4. Nature- I honestly believe there is nothing a spectacular view can't solve. When I really need to get "outside my own head"- I take it outdoors and up. Hitting any time of summit is perfect! And once I reach the top, I breathe. And that's about it! View + Deep Breathing always helps my clarity.
5. Expressing Love- Hugs, gratitude, phone calls home-- I need it all. As a highly affectionate person, nothing can beat a huge bear hug when I need a lift. Must find one now, in fact!

Thanks Jennifer for sharing such an inspiring post. I loved hearing about how you keep it all together!

Peace,
Molly

Thank you for tagging me. I LOVE this one. I traditionally do not participate in memes...there are just way too many of them...but you have pulled me out of the closet! Now, off to the PH blog to write out my 5 a day!
